On 09.10.2024, Rhaetian Railway (RhB) published that it had awarded Stadler the contract for eight railway service locomotives. RhB wants to place the order via a direct award procedure because the Swiss operator did not receive any valid bid in the open procedure of 16.06.2023 (procurement of new locomotives).

On 12.04.2024, the first complete train destined to run on the Circumvesuviana line in the Campania region was unveiled at the Stadler Rail plant in Valencia.
